Mom's Swedish Pancakes

• 3 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar

Mix well. Spread batter on a hot pan and cook until light brown.

I recommend using butter or margarine to prevent the pancake batter from sticking if not using a nonstick pan!
