Mushroom Stew

Ingredients:
- ~1.5 lbs brown mushrooms
- 1 pkg of bacon (I used english style) fried but not crispy, then chopped
- 1 large onion
- 3 small tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- a few cups of any red wine
- cayenne pepper (powder)
- rubbed sage
- 1 can of tomato paste (important!)
- thyme
- dried parsley
- water to make up the rest of the broth (as needed)
Put all into crockpot and cook on low for ~6-8 hrs
