Mom's Buttermilk Rolls

Ingredients:
- 4 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup very warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons yeast
- about 12 cups flour
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Begin heating buttermilk until hot to the touch. Using a very large bowl, sugar, salt, oil, baking soda, and eggs. In another, smaller bowl,combine warm water, sugar (the smaller amount), and yeast. Pour buttermilk into the larger bowl while mixing. Add yeast mixture. Add about 12 cups of flour (mixture should be sticky). Let rise, then punch down and make into rolls. Bake for 12 minutes.
